Dallas E. Haun is President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevada State Bank, and Executive Vice President of NSB's parent company, Zions Bancorporation. Taking the reins on September 3, 2007, Mr. Haun brings nearly 30 years of strong commercial banking expertise and substantial managerial experience to his leadership position with Nevada State Bank.
Mr. Haun most recently served as executive vice president for California Commercial and Private Banking Services at City National Bank in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the bank's executive committee. In that position, Mr. Haun oversaw 12 regional commercial and private banking centers as well as business development officers in a geographical area ranging from San Diego to the Bay Area.
Mr. Haun began his career with Detroit Bank and Trust in Michigan, but soon came west and spent 20 years with Harbor Bank of Long Beach. He served as president and chief operation officer of Harbor Bank until that bank's sale to City National in 1998.

Bruce Hillier is Executive Vice President of Administrative Services, which includes Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Purchasing & Facilities and Property Management. He also serves as a liaison with Zions Management Services in the areas of Security and Data Processing Field Services. Hillier’s banking background encompasses more than 30 years. |

Jerry R. Martin, with more than 35 years of banking experience, is Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Banking Officer, overseeing all commercial real estate and corporate lending areas. Martin is a founding board member of the Rural Nevada Development Corporation, which provides economic development assistance and financing opportunities to small businesses and healthy, safe, affordable housing throughout Nevada. In addition, he serves on the Great Basin National Park Foundation board of directors and is a member of the Nevada Revolving Loan Fund. |

Richard Veitz, with 30 years banking industry experience, is Executive Vice President and Chief Community Banking Officer. Community Banking oversees the retail branch network, consumer lending, and operations support departments of Nevada State Bank, including consumer and small business banking services. For 17 years, Veitz was a consultant at Bank Earnings International and A.T. Kearny. He has held management positions with Union Bank in California, Sunwest Banks of New Mexico and NCNB of Florida. |

Lowell McGann brings 38 years of banking industry experience to Nevada State Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. A former National Bank Examiner with the United States Treasury Department Office of the Comptroller of Currency, McGann oversees credit administration including loan approval, loan servicing, construction disbursement and appraisals. |
