Personal Accounts: How to enroll in Internet Banking and Bill Pay
Step 1
Open a Nevada State Bank Checking or Savings Account.
If you don't already have an account, please review our account options for the account that best fits your needs.
Step 2
Connect to the Internet.
To use Internet Banking and Bill Pay you will need the following:
- A personal computer capable of accessing the Internet
- An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- An Internet Web browser of your choice. We support Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with 128-bit encryption. (You will not be able to bank online with a browser that does not support 128-bit encryption.) Download the latest FREE browsers that incorporate this security here.
Step 3
Internet Banking and Bill Pay enrollment for personal accounts:
Online:
- Enroll in Internet Banking and Bill Pay using our online enrollment form.
By Phone:
- Call our Online Banking Customer Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551.
- Select option 2 and follow the instructions.
- Provide the requested information and select your secret password.
- Remember not to share your password with anyone.
At A Branch:
If you are already a Nevada State Bank Internet Banking customer and want to enroll in Internet Bill Pay, simply log in to Internet Banking and click on the "Bill Pay" button at the top of the page. Once you have enrolled online, your Internet Bill Pay service will be activated immediately. You may then begin setting up your bills and enjoying the service.

Personal Accounts: How to enroll in PC Banking and Bill Pay
Step 1
Open a Nevada State Bank Checking or Savings Account.
If you don't already have an account, please review our account options for the account that best fits your needs.
Step 2
Make sure your computer and financial software are compatible with PC Banking and Bill Pay. To use PC Banking and Bill Pay you will need the following:
- A personal computer capable of accessing the Internet
- An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Compatible financial software: Quicken® and Microsoft Money® versions 2004 and higher
Step 3
PC Banking and Bill Pay enrollment for personal accounts:
Online:
- Enroll in PC Banking and Bill Pay using our online enrollment form.
By Phone:
- Call our Online Banking Customer Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 and select option 5.
At A Branch:
If you are already a Nevada State Bank PC Banking customer and would like to enroll in PC Bill Pay, please call Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to activate this service. Your service will be activated within 2 business days.

Business Accounts: How to enroll in Internet Banking and Bill Pay
Step 1
Open a Nevada State Bank Checking or Savings Account. If you don't already have an account, please review our account options and open the account that fits your needs.
Step 2
Complete and return both a Business Internet Banking Agreement and Enrollment Form. You may either bring the forms into your nearest Nevada State Bank branch or have them notarized and mail them to Nevada State Bank at:

You will need to keep a copy of these completed forms for your records. Once these forms are received, your Internet Banking Company ID will be sent to you by secure email within 5-7 business days. You will use this Company ID with the User Name(s) and Password(s) that you've chosen on your Business Internet Banking Enrollment form to log in.
Step 3
Connect to the Internet. To use Internet Banking you will need the following:
- A personal computer capable of accessing the Internet
- An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- An Internet Web browser of your choice. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with 128-bit encryption. (You will not be able to bank online with a browser that does not support 128-bit encryption.) Download the latest FREE browsers that incorporate this security here.
Step 4
Log in to Internet Banking.
- Select the Business Account login tab at the top right of any page on Nevada State Bank's Web site.
- Enter your Company ID, User Name and Password for the enrolled account.
If you are already a Nevada State Bank Internet Banking customer and you want to activate Internet Bill Pay, simply login to Internet Banking and click on the "Payments" button at the top of the page. Once you have enrolled online, your Internet Bill Pay service will be activated immediately. You may then begin setting up your bills and enjoying the service.

Business Accounts: How to enroll in Business PC Banking and Business Bill Pay
Step 1
Open a Nevada State Bank Checking or Savings Account. If you don't already have an account, please review our account options for the account that best fits your needs.
Step 2
Stop by your nearest Nevada State Bank branch to fill out your online banking enrollment forms and select the eligible accounts you wish to access. Your PC Banking information will be mailed to you within 5 business days.
Step 3
Make sure your computer and financial software are compatible with PC Banking and Bill Pay. To use PC Banking and Bill Pay you will need the following:
- A personal computer capable of accessing the Internet
- An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Compatible financial software: QuickBooks® 2004 and higher
If you are already a Nevada State Bank PC Banking customer and would like to enroll in PC Bill Pay, please call Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to activate this service. Your service will be activated within 2 business days.
