SBA LENDING PROGRAMS

SBA 7(a) Loan Program - The SBA’s flagship program can be used for a variety of purposes, and terms are typically longer than those of conventional loans. Some eligible uses of proceeds include machinery and equipment purchases, inventory, accounts receivable and working capital financing, acquisition of new business, franchise financing and purchase, and expansion or renovation of owner-occupied commercial real estate.

SBA Express Loan Program - Both term loans and lines of credit are offered under this program and have a streamlined application process. Loan proceeds may be used for accounts receivable, inventory and working capital financing, or machinery and equipment purchases.

SBA 504 Loan Program - This program is for the purchase of fixed assets such as owner-occupied commercial real estate and machinery and equipment of a capital nature. The SBA 504 loan program offers longer terms, lower interest rates (on a blended basis), lower down payment requirements, and more flexible qualifying standards.

Business & Industry Guaranteed Loans (B&I) - The B&I Program helps finance business and industry in rural areas. Eligible uses of proceeds include business and industrial acquisitions, construction, expansion, repair, modernization or development costs, purchase of machinery and equipment, and working capital. Longer terms, favorable rates and more flexible qualifying standards are available under this program.
