Nancy Gonzalez brings more than two decades of banking experience, having started her career in 2000 while attending college. She advanced through expanding responsibilities, from teller to manager, navigating all aspects of retail banking and developing strong client relationship skills.

In 2009, Nancy joined Nevada State Bank as a Branch Service Manager. Under her leadership, the branch has garnered multiple awards and recognition for their client service. As Private Banking Operations Manager, Nancy combines her strong operational experience, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence to deliver outstanding service for our high net worth clients.

Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from California State University, Los Angeles. Since relocating to Las Vegas in 2004, Nancy has been an active community volunteer, by giving her time and talent to Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and by coaching youth volleyball through National Youth Sports Nevada.
