Shauna Foster is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve homeownership. As a CRA Mortgage Lender serving Northern Nevada, she works with first-time homebuyers, veterans, physicians, early professionals, and other borrowers to identify mortgage programs and financing options that align with their goals.

With 14 years of banking and mortgage lending experience, Shauna specializes in purchase loans, VA and FHA financing, first-time homebuyer programs, physician programs, CRA lending programs, refinancing, and home equity installment loans. She enjoys helping clients understand their options and navigate the mortgage process with confidence.

A Northern Nevada resident for nearly 30 years, Shauna purchased her first home at 19 years old. She holds an Associate degree in Business from Truckee Meadows Community College and is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. She is passionate about helping families pursue homeownership and learn about opportunities that may be available to them.
