RENO – Nevada State Bank recently promoted Tiffanie Rhodes to credit analyst on the bank’s statewide business banking team.
Through a dedication to development, Rhodes worked her way to this new position via learning opportunities found in other roles she has held at NSB since 2011. Most recently, she was the senior administrative assistant to two Reno-based bank executives, Rick Thomas and Jana Benton.
“During her time with Nevada State Bank, Tiffanie has demonstrated an affinity for credit, always asking to be mentored in credit presentations and reports,” said Jana Benton, SVP | statewide business banking lending manager. “Tiffanie has increased her knowledge while working toward a degree in accounting, and she has volunteered for special bank credit projects to gain experience.”
In addition, Rhodes participated in the bank’s 2016 Mentor Program, is the president of the Colleague Engagement Team, and she is expected to graduate later this year with her Bachelor of Science Business Administration, Accounting degree from Western Governors University.
