Jenefer Madrid Joins Nevada State Bank as Statewide HR Manager
LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank has hired Jenefer Madrid as human resources manager and senior vice president. Madrid has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, most recently in the healthcare industry covering Nevada, New Mexico and Texas.
In her new position, Madrid supervises a team that is responsible for providing support to both employees and managers on employee relations matters, ensuring the bank is in compliance with all local and state laws while helping to create a positive work environment focused on development at all levels.

Madrid is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and holds a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. A Las Vegas native, she is active in the community with youth soccer and supports animal rescue nonprofit, Animal Network.
