Nevada State Bank Promotes Marci Spearman to Branch Area Manager
RENO – Nevada State Bank (NSB) has promoted Marci Spearman to Vice President/Branch Area Manager for the Moana and South Carson branches. Spearman previously managed the South Carson branch from 2017 to 2022 before transferring to the Moana branch, where she has served for the past three years. In her new role, she will oversee staff, client services, and operations at both locations.
Spearman has been in the banking industry for over three decades, beginning her career as a teller and advancing through various retail banking positions to become a branch manager. A highly regarded colleague at NSB, Spearman has received multiple internal awards, including the 2024 Open Door Award and the 2021 Living Our Values recognition for Communication. She is also actively involved in community outreach and serves as a board member for United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada.
