LAS VEGAS – The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank has announced the promotion of Erica Suciu to Senior Vice President and Private Banking Relationship Manager.
“Erica’s dedication to her clients and commitment to excellence have been exemplary throughout her career,” said James Rensvold, Executive Vice President and Director of Private Banking. “Her depth of lending knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach to client service distinguish her within The Private Bank.”
Suciu brings more than 20 years of experience with Nevada State Bank, advancing through key roles in retail banking, small business, and private banking. Her career progression includes leadership positions as a business center manager and territory sales manager, along with experience in small business relationship management. Since joining The Private Bank in 2018, she has worked with high net worth individuals and families, supporting complex financial needs and multigenerational priorities through a highly personalized approach.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Suciu holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. She is actively involved in the community, supporting organizations including Serving Our Kids Foundation and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas and Leadership Henderson programs.
