Nevada State Bank Welcomes Abel Ramos as Vice President and Branch Manager of West Sahara Branch
LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank (NSB) is pleased to announce that Abel Ramos has been hired as Vice President and Branch Manager of its West Sahara branch. In this role, Ramos will oversee branch operations, support team development, and work with clients to provide financial tools and resources aligned with their needs.
“Abel brings more than 18 years of experience in banking along with a strong focus on team leadership and client engagement,” said Brenda Pape, Vice President and Retail Market Sales Manager for Nevada State Bank. “His experience working with clients and leading teams across Southern Nevada adds valuable perspective to our West Sahara branch.”
Ramos has previously held roles as a personal banker, senior business specialist, and branch manager. He has experience guiding teams and working with both consumer and business clients, with an emphasis on building relationships and delivering consistent service.
In addition to his banking background, Ramos has experience in auto finance underwriting and airline industry leadership, where he managed large teams with a focus on customer engagement and operations.
A Las Vegas native, Ramos is actively involved in the community through his volunteer work with Las Vegas Fire & Rescue and his support of the Injured Police Officers Fund. He is committed to building connections within the community and supporting local individuals and businesses.
