Nevada State Bank Celebrates 2024 Leadership Program Graduates
LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank (NSB) has announced the graduation of three of its team members from prestigious leadership programs throughout the state. Vice President and Branch Manager Jamie Flanagan graduated from the Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program, Senior Vice President and Private Banking Relationship Manager Rich Justiana graduated from the Vegas Chamber’s Leadership Las Vegas program, and Vice President and Private Banking Relationship Manager Erica Suciu graduated from the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Henderson program.

Jamie Flanagan, VP/Branch Manager has more than 25 years of experience in finance, with more than 20 years of that time spent in banking. Flanagan oversees the West Liberty Branch in Reno, where she strives to assist each of her clients in their financial success by getting to know them and developing tailored solutions. Flanagan is also involved in the community and has served on the board of Step 2 Reno, as well as giving her time to Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada and Caring 4 Angels.
Rich Justiana, SVP/Private Banking Relationship Manager has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in meeting the complex needs of high net worth and high-income individuals and their families, assisting clients with a full range of personalized financial services. Justiana is actively involved with several nonprofit organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada, where he has served as a member of the board of directors.
Erica Suciu, VP/Private Banking Relationship Manager has more than 20 years of banking experience in Southern Nevada and is committed to providing the high net worth clients of The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank with an exceptional level of service. A UNLV graduate with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration, Suciu also volunteers with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada.
