LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank (NSB) has released the latest episode of its podcast series, “Through the Door: The Insider’s Perspective on Running a Business.” In “Episode 23: Inside the Raiders' CFO+ Playbook,” host Megan Comfort sits down with Las Vegas Raiders Chief Financial Officer Michael Crome to discuss his journey from humble beginnings in Ohio to the executive team of one of the NFL’s most iconic franchises. Their conversation explores leadership, mentorship, team culture and the evolution of the modern “CFO+” role, with Crome sharing insights on building high-performing organizations, driving community impactand succeeding beyond traditional finance roles.
Michael Crome is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Las Vegas Raiders, where his responsibilities extend beyond finance to include technology, analytics and retail operations. Before joining the Raiders, he was a partner at private equity firm Sorelle Capital and held executive finance leadership roles at Pinnacle Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment. A Columbus, Ohio, native, Crome earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Akron and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He currently serves on several community and business boards and is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Economic Advisory Council.
