Lisa Imbesi Redefines Creature Comforts at Pawsh Palace on NSB’s ‘Through the Door’ Podcast

Imbesi shares how her personal experience as a frequent traveler and devoted dog mom led her to reimagine pet boarding as a vacation-worthy experience for furry companions—complete with creature comforts, elevated design, and wellness-focused amenities.
A Las Vegas resident for 14 years, Imbesi began her journey by volunteering with the Las Vegas Humane Society and organizing pet adoptions. Motivated by her concern over traditional boarding practices—particularly the extended crating of dogs—she started a home-based dog boarding service that prioritized comfort and care. Drawing on hands-on experience in training, grooming, and pet wellness, she launched Pawsh Palace in 2015 with a mission to create a space where pets are treated like family. Her commitment to compassionate, personalized care is reflected in every aspect of Pawsh Palace, where pets are treated with the same attention and affection she would give her own.
