Nevada State Bank Vice President Rosalee Hedrick Appointed to Las Vegas Rotary Club Foundation Board as Treasurer
LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank Vice President/Business Relationship Manager Rosalee Hedrick has been named treasurer on the board of the Las Vegas Rotary Club Foundation. As treasurer, Hedrick is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s finances, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, grant management, processing charitable giving and earmark requests, and enhancing and streamlining processes.
"We are pleased and fortunate to have Rosalee Hedrick join the Las Vegas Rotary Club Foundation Board,” said Foundation President William Stieren. “Our Foundation and Board’s mission is, ‘Teaching Youth to Succeed through Literacy, Education & Life Skills Development.’ Rosalee has been a dedicated member of the Club and very active in helping us in our mission.”
Hedrick has been a Las Vegas Rotary Club member for more than 10 years. In addition to her role on the Foundation Board, she chairs corporate tours and corporate membership. Hedrick also served as co-chair of the membership committee during her four-year tenure on the Board of Directors.
“I am honored to be named to the Las Vegas Rotary Club Foundation Board as treasurer,” said Hedrick. “I look forward to working alongside and learning from my fellow board members, who have established a solid backbone for the foundation’s long-term success. I am also grateful to Nevada State Bank, whose support and encouragement to be actively engaged in our community has helped make this possible.”
Hedrick’s Nevada State Bank colleagues are proud to show their support for her favorite Rotary Club events, especially the annual “Santa Clothes” program, which provides much needed shoes, socks, winter clothing, and mentoring to at-risk children from the Las Vegas Valley each Christmas.
“It’s my favorite event of the year,” said Hedrick. “It started 37 years ago with a Rotarian taking 35 children shopping for winter clothes and has since evolved into this huge event. I encourage NSB’s Small Business team to participate and our group looks forward to it each year.
“I love Rotary because of the longevity of the organization, the high ethical standards in business and professionalism, and the many projects we support with actual dollars and hands-on efforts going to our local community.”
