The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank Promotes Rich Justiana to Senior Vice President and Isabel Panahon to Vice President
LAS VEGAS – The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Rich Justiana to Senior Vice President/Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager and Isabel Panahon to Vice President/Private-Professional Banking Operations Officer.

Isabel’s wealth of experience has made her an invaluable asset to our clients and colleagues.”
Justiana joined The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank in 2015 and has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in meeting the complex needs of high net worth and high-income individuals and their families, assisting clients with a full range of personalized financial services. Justiana is actively involved with several nonprofit organizations and is an active member of the board of directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada, which has provided opportunities for Nevada State Bank to assist with and host “wish reveals” for Make-A-Wish clients.
Panahon spent 10 years in retail banking at Nevada State Bank, serving as an assistant manager and supporting professional banking operations before moving to The Private Bank. She leverages her extensive experience to fulfill the personal and business banking needs of clients in all aspects – from the simple to the complex. Panahon and her husband stay busy keeping up with their children’s school and activity schedules, but also enjoy traveling and plan to visit all 50 states and seven continents.
