- As of November 19, 2020 all existing OnCard accounts were closed and the funds remaining on the card at the time of closure (including those from dependent and secondary cards) were deposited into the primary cardholder’s deposit account within 3-5 business days. If there was no deposit account available, a check was mailed to the primary cardholder at the address on file and should arrive within 10 business days.
- Any automatic transactions that were linked to the OnCard account (direct deposits, recurring bill payments, subscription services) will now be rejected back to the requestor due to the closed status of the account.
- Past transactions can be viewed through the OnCard mobile app or website until December 31, 2020. To access OnCard activity after that date, contact the customer care center at 888-758-5349.
