Dr. Bret Frey is a longtime Nevadan with a passion for emergency and aero-medical medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada Reno in 1989, and then published numerous scientific articles during a seven-year research career. He completed his MD with the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2000 and residency training at the University of Connecticut in 2003. Board certified in Emergency Medicine since 2004, he has practiced statewide.

Dr. Frey has served his fellow Nevadans in the following roles: President of Northern Nevada Emergency Physicians, the largest emergency physician group in Northern Nevada, President of the Nevada Chapter of the American College of Emergency Medicine, Immediate Past Chief of Staff of Renown South Meadows Hospital, Nevada Medical Director for Reach Air Medical Services, and Member of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.
