Craig Kirkland is Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking at Nevada State Bank, where he leads the bank’s statewide retail branch system. He brings more than 35 years of banking experience, with a career spanning senior leadership, management, and strategic growth roles.

Kirkland is a graduate of Occidental College and a 2013 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Throughout his career, he has been deeply committed to leadership development, community engagement, and advancing access to capital for individuals and small businesses.

He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Nevada State University, supporting the institution’s mission to strengthen education, workforce readiness, and community impact. Kirkland is also an active executive mentor and volunteer within Southern Nevada. He served on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Rescue Mission from 2008 to 2021, as well as former Chair and Board of Directors positions with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and the Nevada Bankers Association. Kirkland remains a strong advocate for small business access to capital and financial inclusion.
