Damien Bauman is the Regional Retail Mortgage Manager at Nevada State Bank. He has worked in lending for over 20 years and is experienced in all facets of residential lending, from origination, to processing, to closing, and underwriting. He found his niche in luxury lending (jumbo financing) in Las Vegas, where the one-time-close product is a good fit for the luxury market.  

Damien holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and is a loyal fan of the Cornhusker football program. He has lived in Las Vegas for 10 years and knows the ins and outs of its unique residential real estate market.  

In his free time, you can find him at the T-Mobile arena rooting for the Las Vegas Golden Knights or spending quality time with his wife and two children.
