Jill Bell, Executive Vice President and Regional Human Resources Director, oversees the bank's Human Resources Delivery Team.  She has more than 20 years of human resources experience, including organizational structure, employee relations, recognition programs and management training programs. Bell received her bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and her master's degree from Santa Clara University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received their designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is  a member of the US Vets, Las Vegas advisory council.
