Karla J. Perez serves as the regional vice president of 10 hospitals within the western region of Universal Health Services. A leader in the healthcare community for more than 30 years, she has served in a wide variety of roles, ranging from business development to overall hospital operations.  She is currently on the board of directors for the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce. She is the past president of the board for the Nevada Hospital Association and has also served as president of the Southern Nevada Healthcare Executive Forum. In addition, she served as president of the Nevada Health Information Management Association. Perez holds a master's degree in healthcare administration.
