Ryan Ashley serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for leading the bank’s finance, loan operations, and facilities functions, reporting directly to Nevada State Bank President and CEO Terry Shirey. He has more than 25 years of banking experience, not only in finance and accounting, but also in retail banking, branch administration, project management, and operations. Ashley joined Nevada State Bank in 2018, but has worked for Zions Bancorporation for more than 20 years, starting his career with National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank’s sister bank. He holds degrees in both Business Management and Finance.

Ashley is an avid supporter of early–middle career mentorship and is actively engaged as an executive mentor. He volunteers for several non-profit organizations and is currently on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada.
