Steve Borgna is Executive Vice President and Senior State Credit Administrator, overseeing all aspects of credit administration to ensure strong credit quality, including loan approval, risk grading, special assets, and construction disbursement. Borgna started his career as an examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in 1987 and has been in banking for his entire career, serving in many different roles, including loan officer, workout officer and Chief Credit Officer at several banks of various sizes. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2023, he became an adjunct professor for the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching personal finance. Borgna is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas and is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member, active in the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter.
