We think you will find the screens during the deposit process very easy to follow. In addition, there is an instructional video that loops continuously on the ATM's demonstrating the basics of the deposit function. This video will cease playing once you begin your transaction. Of course, if you need further guidance a Bank Representative in the branch will be happy to assist you.
The deposit cut-off time is 8:00 pm. All deposits made after this time will post on the next business day.
No. Cash or checks may be inserted directly into the machine, without an envelope.
No. The ATM will create a "deposit slip" image for your deposited items.
Cash deposits and check deposits must be performed separately, but can be performed in direct succession by choosing "Yes" when the machine asks if you would like to perform another transaction.
Yes. If you cancel the transaction before the deposit process is complete, the machine will return your checks or cash. In fact, you can choose to have just one or more checks returned to you during the check review process.
Yes, you have the option to print or not print a receipt of your transaction. Additionally, if you make a check deposit you may choose to have the images of your checks printed on the receipt.
When you choose "Cash Deposit" as your transaction type, the machine will prompt you to insert your bills into the currency acceptor. A video clip will play during the transaction, demonstrating where to insert the cash. No deposit slip is necessary, and bills may be facing any direction.
The ATM will scan the bills, determine their denominations and total the deposit. The total deposit amount, as well as the breakdown of bill denominations, is then presented to you for acceptance.
Yes, the number of bills is limited to 50 bills (any denomination) per deposit.
Yes, the ATM will accept all bill denominations from $1 to $100.
Bills that are folded, worn, or mutilated may be rejected by the ATM machine.

Yes, cash deposits will be posted into your available balance that same day if the deposit is made prior to the daily cutoff.
When you choose "Check Deposit" as your transaction type, the machine will prompt you to insert your stack of checks face up into the check acceptor, no deposit slip necessary. A video clip will play during the transaction, demonstrating where to insert the checks.
Yes, the number of checks is limited to 15 per deposit. The checks may be inserted all at one time.
The ATM will scan and create an image of each check and determine the check amounts through Optical Character Recognition software. The check amounts are then totaled and the total deposit amount is presented to you for acceptance.
You have the ability to review an image of each check you've deposited, and may change the amount of an item if it was scanned incorrectly, thereby correcting the total deposit amount.
No. If you wish to complete the deposit without reviewing all of the check images, you may simply choose "Complete Deposit".
Yes. The ATM will create a "virtual" deposit ticket. This deposit ticket lists the number of items deposited, the total deposited amount, as well as the ATM location at which the deposit was made.
Yes. ATM deposits will have a transaction description of either "ATM Cash Deposit" or "ATM Check Deposit".
Deposits made by 8:00 pm will be posted to your account during that night's processing, and will generally be available to you the next business day. Deposits made during the weekend will generally be available on the Tuesday following the weekend. Please refer to your Deposit Agreement and Disclosure for details regarding our funds availability policy.
Only if you choose that option during the transaction process. You may also opt to receive a receipt without check images or no receipt at all.
