Online Commercial Credit Advances: FAQs

Each Commercial Revolving Line of Credit up to $250,000*.
*Certain loans may be excluded.
For initial setup of the advance function for your Commercial Credit Line in BOB, please contact your Relationship Manager or Loan Officer.
All eligible credit lines from the same entity are automatically set up with your initial enrollment; however, certain lines may not be eligible for set up. For further information or to enroll eligible lines for another entity, please contact your Relationship Manager. Your Company System Administrator (CSA) will need to open user entitlements to allow users to view, make payments, and/or make advances on each line.
Yes, a specific credit line may be blocked from any advances via BOB. Please contact your Relationship Manager to completely remove the advance function from the line. To remove rights for a particular user, your Company Systems Administrator (CSA) will need to modify the user’s entitlements to disallow the user to view, make payments, and/or make advances on the line. To exclude a particular line from viewing in BOB, please contact Online Banking Support (OLB) at 888-835-0551.
Any Business Online Banking (BOB) entitled user, including all Company System Administrators (CSA), may be able to initiate advances. Please make sure your CSA has reviewed and updated user rights.
Here are the most common reasons why you cannot make an advance from your Commercial Line via BOB:
- Your Company System Administrator (CSA) needs to modify user entitlements to allow users to view, make payments, and/or make advances on the credit line.
- The account you are trying to transfer to is another business entity. Transfers are not allowed between separate business entities (even if a BOB Multi-Party Addendum has been executed).
- The line has reached maturity. Once the line is renewed, you will be able to make advances in BOB again.
- This credit line may be ineligible for advances in BOB or we may be unable to process transfers on this particular line at this time for some other reason. Please contact your Relationship Manager for further explanation or to request a manual advance.
Advances from your Commercial Line after 9:00pm (PT) or on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal holidays will be posted to your account the next business day.
