FAQs
1. Which loans are eligible for advances via Business Online Banking (BOB)?

Each Commercial Revolving Line of Credit up to $250,000*.

*Certain loans may be excluded.

2. How do I set up my Commercial Credit Line for advances via Business Online Banking (BOB)?

For initial setup of the advance function for your Commercial Credit Line in BOB, please contact your Relationship Manager or Loan Officer.

3. How do I set up additional Commercial Credit Lines for advances via Business Online Banking (BOB)?

All eligible credit lines from the same entity are automatically set up with your initial enrollment; however, certain lines may not be eligible for set up. For further information or to enroll eligible lines for another entity, please contact your Relationship Manager. Your Company System Administrator (CSA) will need to open user entitlements to allow users to view, make payments, and/or make advances on each line.

4. Once enrolled, can I exclude a certain credit line from advances via Business Online Banking (BOB)??

Yes, a specific credit line may be blocked from any advances via BOB. Please contact your Relationship Manager to completely remove the advance function from the line. To remove rights for a particular user, your Company Systems Administrator (CSA) will need to modify the user’s entitlements to disallow the user to view, make payments, and/or make advances on the line. To exclude a particular line from viewing in BOB, please contact Online Banking Support (OLB) at 888-835-0551.

5. After setup, who can make advances?

Any Business Online Banking (BOB) entitled user, including all Company System Administrators (CSA), may be able to initiate advances. Please make sure your CSA has reviewed and updated user rights.

6. I cannot make an advance from my Commercial Line via Business Online Banking (BOB), why?

Here are the most common reasons why you cannot make an advance from your Commercial Line via BOB:

  • Your Company System Administrator (CSA) needs to modify user entitlements to allow users to view, make payments, and/or make advances on the credit line.
  • The account you are trying to transfer to is another business entity. Transfers are not allowed between separate business entities (even if a BOB Multi-Party Addendum has been executed).
  • The line has reached maturity. Once the line is renewed, you will be able to make advances in BOB again.
  • This credit line may be ineligible for advances in BOB or we may be unable to process transfers on this particular line at this time for some other reason. Please contact your Relationship Manager for further explanation or to request a manual advance.

7. When will funds advanced from my Commercial Line be available?

Transfers from your Commercial Line before 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be available the same business day. Transfers from your Commercial Line after 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time or on Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays will be posted to your account the next business day.

8. Who do I contact for help?

If you need specific help with completing a transfer or editing Business Online Banking (BOB) user entitlements, contact Online Banking Support at 888-835-0551.

If you need help with error messages when transferring or questions/modifications regarding your Commercial Line, please contact your Relationship Manager or Loan Officer.
