1. If I choose to receive an eNotice, will I still receive paper notices?

No, when you opt out of paper notices your notices will be available to you electronically through our eNotice system. You can change your mind at any time and resume receiving paper notices by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-888-835-0551 or by e-mail at nvinfo@nsbank.com.

2. How does the eNotices system work?

We will notify you through your email address when your eNotice(s) is available. Simply login to Online Banking and click on the eNotices link, either from the Quick Links option or by going to the Services page. You can print, save or view the pdf version of your eNotice.

3. Is eNotices compatible with all browsers?

eNotices are supported by most current browsers. Please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-888-835-0551 for technical support or any questions regarding your browser.

4. Do I have to sign up to Online Banking in order to use the eNotices?

Yes, this feature is only available through NSB's Online Banking service for both personal and business customers.

5. Will my eNotices look the same as my printed notices?

Yes, for legal purposes, a printed version of an online eNotice is the same as a paper notice.

6. What if I can't open the eNotice?

In order to view the pdf document, you may need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is distributed free from the Adobe site. Click here to visit Adobe.com. For technical issues, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-835-0551 or e-mail at nvinfo@nsbank.com.

7. Can I switch back to paper notices if I don't like the eNotices?

Yes, there is no obligation; you can switch back to paper notices at anytime.

8. Is there a fee for eNotices?

No, eNotices is absolutely Free for our Online Banking clients.

9. Are these eNotices safe?

Yes, because the email will only contain the message that an eNotice is now available for you to view within your secure Online Banking account.
