1. What are the differences between Online Banking and PC Banking?

In general, Online Banking uses a Web browser, such as Internet Explorer, to create a secure connection between your computer and the Nevada State Bank Internet site using the World Wide Web. The Internet gives you access to your banking transactions, as well as the ability to pay bills, apply for loans online, etc.

PC banking uses a Personal Financial Management (PFM) software package such as Quicken®, or QuickBooks®. With your PFM software you can access your Nevada State Bank account and download banking information into your software's check register, as well as pay bills.

2. How do I enroll in Online Banking?

Personal account holders can enroll in three different ways:

  • Apply online. Click here to begin this easy process.
  • Ask a friendly representative at any Nevada State Bank Branch.
  • Contact Online Banking at 1-888-835-0551.

3. How secure is Online Banking with Nevada State Bank?

4. How often do transactions in the Online Banking system update?

Once per business day, usually prior to 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Time)

5. How much does Online Banking cost?

Access to your personal accounts (view balances, transactions, and transfer funds via your Internet browser) is provided at no cost.* The optional Bill Payment service is free* for personal accounts with no limit on the number of bill payments that can be paid per month. The optional Bill Pay service for business accounts is $9.95 a month for up to 20 bill payments, and $0.50 per additional bill payment.*
*Does not include Internet Service Provider fees.

6. How do I find out my password if I have forgotten it?

Contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to request a temporary password.

7. How do I add additional accounts to Online Banking?

Contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to request linking of active accounts that do not currently appear on the Internet.
