FAQs
1. What if I get the error: "Your browser is not 128-bit SSL compliant"?

Cause: Your browsing software does not meet Nevada State Bank's stringent security requirements for Online Banking, and you won't be able to access the system with your current version.
Solution: Upgrade your browser. Click here to find out how.

2. What if I get the error: "Access denied: Your Internet client ID has been frozen."?

Cause: If you have three consecutive, invalid password entries, your account will be deactivated as a security precaution.
Solution: Contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to request re-activation.

3. What if I get the error: "Please try again later."?

Cause: Generally this message is the result of a database problem affecting specific accounts. It can also be created by reporting a lost/stolen ATM card, or by incorrect linkage of accounts to the main system.
Solution: Contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551. Indicate which error message you are receiving, and request that we check the linkage on your account(s).

4. What if I get the error: "We are unable to authenticate the sign on name and password you entered."?

Cause: Entering an invalid username or password.
Solution: Double check the information you are entering. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive (the system recognizes the difference between upper and lower-case letters). If the message recurs after verification, contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to request a temporary password.

5. What if I get the error: "You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure..."?

Cause: The browser's security prompt often comes up as you are redirected to our home page after entering the wrong user name.
Solution: Double check the information you are entering. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive (the system recognizes the difference between upper and lower-case letters). The default user name on most accounts is the user's Social Security Number without the dashes or spaces. If the message recurs after verification, contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551 to reset your user name.

6. What do I do if after entering my user name/password, the Terms and Conditions agreement appears repeatedly; and after clicking "I accept" at the bottom, the home page reappears?

Cause: Distorted time/date properties on the PC being used to access the system, and/or disabling the cookie settings on the browser.
Solution: Verify that date, time, AM/PM setting, and time zone on your machine are all correct for the area of the country you reside in. This information is found in the "Control Panel" of your computer. Also check to ensure that your browser accepts cookies. If you require technical support on how to perform these operations, contact Online Banking Support toll-free at 1-888-835-0551.
