1. What is the AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Card?

The AmaZing Cash for Business Visa credit card is a credit card offering competitive Cash Back rewards on everyday business spending.

2. Who can apply for an AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Card?

The AmaZing Cash for Business Card is ideal for small and mid-sized businesses interested in a credit card that helps them to reinvest back into their business.

3. How does the Cash Back on AmaZing Cash work?
  • Businesses earn Enhanced Earn Rates in select business spending categories:

  • Cash Back can be redeemed in increments greater than $25 using the "Request Cash Back Reward" form on the Business Forms page of the Bankcard Site.
4. Is there an annual fee for the AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Card?

No, there is no annual fee.

5. How does the client apply for the new AmaZing Cash for Business Visa credit card?

The new AmaZing Cash for Business credit card applications can be found on the Bankcard website, along with other credit card applications.

6. How does AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Card compare to other business credit cards we currently offer?

7. What is the current rate for the new AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Card?

The AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Card is a variable-rate product. See the AmaZing Business Credit Card Comparison Chart for current pricing and promotions.

8. If a client already has a Business Credit Card without Cash Back, can they enroll in AmaZing Cash for Business rewards program?

No, the client will need to complete the AmaZing Business Transfer Application, available on the Forms & Apps tab on the Bankcard website.

9. What if I am enrolled in a rewards program, but I do not have the AmaZing Cash for Business or AmaZing Rewards for Business product?

Enhanced Earn rates apply only to cardholders with either the AmaZing Rewards for Business or AmaZing Cash for Business product. Other business credit card products enrolled in the AmaZing Rewards or Cash Back programs are not eligible for the Enhanced Earn rates. For clients wishing to convert their existing credit card relationship to either the AmaZing Rewards for Business or AmaZing Cash for Business product, please help them complete the AmaZing Business Visa® Credit Card Transfer Application posted on the Applications page of Bankcard's intranet site.

10. What types of accounts are eligible to receive an AmaZing Cash deposit?

Clients can receive their cash back deposit into their Bank business savings or checking account. The deposit account must be for the same entity as the credit card. Account Owners may also choose to receive their cash back as a statement credit to their credit card account. Note: the statement credit will not be considered a payment.

11. Is there a cap on the amount of AmaZing Cash clients can earn?

There is no cap on the amount of AmaZing Cash Back clients can earn. However, Enhanced Earn rates will be awarded on Net Purchases in qualifying categories up to $150,000 combined spending per calendar year. For example, if you spend $100,000 in 3%/3x categories and $100,000 in 2%/2x categories, totaling $200,000, only the first $150,000 will qualify for the Enhanced Earn rates. The remaining $50,000 will earn the standard 1%/1x.

12. How does AmaZing Cash Back work with control accounts?

For businesses set up with control accounts, all eligible AmaZing Cash Back will accumulate up to the central control account.

13. Are there any restrictions or transaction types that are ineligible for AmaZing Cash Back?

Clients earn Cash Back for every dollar spent on net purchases only. Cash back is not earned on cash advances, balance transfers, fees, quasi-cash such as travelers checks and money orders, accumulated interest, returned merchandise, ATM transactions, unauthorized charges, fraud charges, foreign cash transactions, casino gaming and betting, and lottery tickets.

14. Does earned AmaZing Cash Back expire?

No.

15. Can AmaZing Cash Back be combined with AmaZing Rewards?

No. AmaZing Cash for Business Visa Credit Cards cannot participate in the AmaZing Rewards program.

16. Will clients receive a 1099 statement for AmaZing Cash Back earned?

No. AmaZing Cash Back is considered a rebate and does not require a 1099 earnings statement.

17. Can clients still earn AmaZing Cash Back if their credit card payment is past due?

Earned AmaZing Cash Back is suspended for credit card accounts that are over 59 days past due. When the account becomes current, suspended AmaZing Cash accruals will be reinstated.

18. How does a Business Account owner request their earned cash back?

Accounts Owners may request their cash back at any time by calling the number on the back of their card or by visiting their online banking site. Once logged-in to online banking, they can select the "Services" tab and choose the option under "Card Services" called "Request Cash Back Reward". Once the request has been submitted, cardholders should see their cash back in their account (as a deposit or statement credit) within 3 business days.

19. Is there a minimum amount of cash back that can be requested by the cardholder?

Yes. Business Accounts must accumulate at least $25 in earned cash back before a request to receive the cash back will be accepted.

20. Can Account Owners receive cash back in some other way than a deposit?

Yes. Cardholders can choose to receive their cash back as a statement credit to their credit card account. The minimum redemption amount is $25.

21. If the Account Owner chooses to receive the cash back as a statement credit, will that be considered a payment?

No. The Account Owner is still responsible for making their monthly payment. The cash back will simply appear as a credit on their next statement.

22. Who may request the Cash Back?

Only an Account Owner (signer) or Program Administer may request to receive the cash back reward.

23. Are there any options to set-up a recurring redemption so that the Account Owner does not need to contact the Bank each time they would like to receive their cash back?

Yes, for Business Accounts only, the Account Owner my request to receive an automatic redemption every time they have accrued $500 in earned cash back. They can set this up once and choose to receive the $500 amount either as a deposit or as a credit card statement credit.
