1. How does AmaZing Rewards work?

Let's start with a question: what is your AmaZing? What experience, indulgence, or adventure have you always wanted, but have never quite been able to get? Is it a trip to Fiji, a romantic dinner for two, or how about that newest electronic gadget? Now picture us picking up the tab with your AmaZing Rewards points...


AmaZing Rewards was designed with you in mind. It is an incredible new rewards program that introduces flexibility and added value. It lets you redeem your points for almost anything! Best of all, it is very easy to use and understand. Just follow these simple steps to make your AmaZing happen:


  1. Use your credit card for your everyday purchases and earn 1 AmaZing Rewards point for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases. Gas, groceries, utilities, the more you use your card, the faster your points build.
  2. Purchase your AmaZing with your credit card and find the best deal you can while you are at it. Book those hard-to-find flights on any airline you like, find great deals online or at the nearest local business and enjoy your rewards points, knowing that they're on us.
  3. Go online, select your new AmaZing purchase within the last 90 days of purchases made with your credit card, and redeem your available AmaZing Rewards points towards that purchase! (You must have at least 2,500 AmaZing Rewards points available in order to redeem.) To redeem over the phone, call the Contact Center at 855.662.9203.
  4. A statement credit for your redemption(s) will be applied to your card account, which will appear on your next monthly statement. (1 AmaZing Rewards point = $.01 statement credit; a redemption of 10,000 points = a $100 statement credit). Your rewards points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. How do cardholders enroll in the AmaZing Rewards program?

Cardholders with an AmaZing Rewards Visa Card are automatically enrolled in the AmaZing Rewards program.

3. Do AmaZing Rewards points expire?

Your rewards are yours for the life of the account, they will not expire, as long as you redeem them within 90 days of purchase date. If your account is closed, or if the program is cancelled, you will lose any rewards you have not redeemed.

4. Will there be special rewards promotions available?

Promotions may occur periodically.

5. Can this program be combined with AmaZing Cash?

No. You may only be enrolled in one program at a time.


6. How do I earn points?

You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases with your AmaZing Rewards credit card. It's that easy. Use your card and earn points. Rewards points not earned on cash advances, balance transfers, fees, quasi-cash transactions, such as the purchase of traveler's checks and money orders, accumulated interest, returned merchandise, ATM transactions, unauthorized charges, fraudulent charges, foreign cash transactions, casino gaming and betting, and lottery tickets.

7. Is there a limit to the amount of rewards I can earn with AmaZing Rewards?

There is no cap to the amount of rewards you can earn on qualifying purchases.

8. How do I track rewards points earned?

You may track your AmaZing Rewards points on your monthly credit card statement.

9. Why don't my points increase every time I make a purchase?

Points are posted once a month. Your monthly statement will show the number of points you have earned since your last statement as well as the total number of points available for redemption as of the statement date.

10. If I do not pay my credit card bill in full every month, will I still earn rewards?

You do not have to pay your bill in full every month to earn rewards. Just be sure to pay your minimum monthly payment by the due date and keep your account in good standing, and you will continue to earn rewards.


11. How do I redeem points?

It's easy! All you do is log in through online banking. Once there, you will be able to access AmaZing Rewards. In the AmaZing Rewards system you will see all purchases made in the last 90 days, and you can choose which purchases you want to redeem your points for. We will issue you a statement credit for those purchases. To redeem points over the phone, call the Contact Center at 855.662.9203.

12. How many points do I need in order to redeem?

You must have at least 2,500 AmaZing Rewards points available in order to redeem and redeem at least 2,500 points at a time. You may combine a number of smaller purchases in order to reach the 2,500 - point minimum.

13. If I have 5,000 AmaZing Rewards points available, but my purchase item requires 6,000 points in order to redeem, can I redeem my 5,000 AmaZing Rewards points towards the 6,000 purchase item?

Yes! As long as you have at least 2,500 points available and redeem at least 2,500 points at a time, you may make redemptions towards any purchase item even if you don't have enough points to cover the entire purchase; this is called a partial redemption.

14. How long will purchases be available to redeem against?

Purchases will be eligible for redemption for 90 days from the date of the transaction.

15. Are there limits to what I can redeem for?

You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases with your AmaZing Rewards credit card. It's that easy. Use your card and earn rewards. You can redeem for any qualifying purchase made in the last 90 days.

16. Can I redeem points for gift card purchases?

Yes, gift cards are considered a qualified purchase to redeem points against. You can use your AmaZing Rewards credit card to purchase gift cards at the online or in-store merchant of your choice and then log on to online banking (or call the number on the back of your AmaZing Rewards credit card) to redeem your available AmaZing Rewards points towards the cost of the gift card.

17. How long will it take to see the credit to my account?

Typically it will take 2 - 3 business days to see the credit post to your credit card account.

18. If I receive a statement credit, will I still need to make a payment?

If there is a Minimum Payment Due on your credit card statement, you are required to pay at least the Minimum Payment Due amount. However, the account credit from the redemption of points may decrease your account balance enough to eliminate that statement's minimum payment. You can review your current balance and Minimum Payment Due through your online banking account. If you still have questions, please call the number on the back of your AmaZing Rewards credit card.

19. How often can I redeem my rewards?

You may redeem as often as you'd like as long as you have at least 2,500 points available and enough for a full or partial redemption for the desired item, and your account is in good standing.

20. How do I get a copy of my rewards terms and conditions?

You will receive a copy of the terms and conditions with your welcome letter and you can print a copy of your rewards terms and conditions by using the Print option in your browser at your convenience from the AmaZing Rewards website. 

21. If I redeem all of my rewards and do not use my account for a while, am I still in the program?

Yes, you are still in the AmaZing Rewards program as long as your account is open and in good standing.
