1. What is the major advantage of scheduling an appointment online?

The major advantage of using the online appointment scheduler is better utilization of time. Scheduling an appointment means one of our Nevada State Bank bankers will be available to serve you as soon as you arrive. There won’t be any delay or waiting time in the bank location to get your needs served.

2. Can I schedule an appointment for today?

Currently, we are not providing same-day appointments online. If you need to speak with a banker urgently, please visit or call your nearest banking locations.

3. Can I schedule an appointment at a particular location?

Yes you can. Once you go to and Schedule an appointment, you will be asked to choose a banking product. The next step would be to select a branch location. You can find out the nearest Nevada State bank branch by entering the zipcode and then selecting the branch that works best for you.

4. What personal information is required to schedule an appointment online?

We ask you for basic information (name, email, and phone number) to ensure we can contact you for the purpose of scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment.

5. Do I have to be a Nevada State Bank customer to schedule an appointment online?

No, it’s not necessary. We ask you if you are a Nevada State Bank customer when you enter your details. You can just say ”no” at that point.

6. How will my contact information be used?

Your contact information will be used for the purpose of scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment. Your information will not be shared with third parties. You will not receive spam email from Nevada State Bank as a result of scheduling an appointment online.

7. How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?

You will be sent an email confirming your appointment. Please print and bring your confirmation email with you to your appointment.

8. Who should I contact when I reach the branch location?

Just let any of the bankers at the location know that you are there for an appointment and they will direct you to the appropriate banker.

9. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment. Just go to the and select Edit An Existing Appointment. You will be asked for your name, email and an appointment reference number. The corresponding appointment details will be displayed. You can then go ahead and either cancel or reschedule the appointment.

10. What do I do if I miss an appointment?

We would be happy to meet you some other time, so please return to our appointments page and schedule a new appointment.
